PERFORMANCE ATHLETE FRESHERS
Welcome Performance Athletes! As you move into our special block a month earlier than our other students, we want to make sure you have the best time possible before the official Freshers Fortnight starts on Sunday 25th September!
What happens before I move in?
Claudia Parsons' Elite Athlete move in day for 2023 is Wednesday 30th August, which gives you a few weeks before term and the official Freshers fortnight starts to get yourself settled in and enjoy the events we have on offer!
The Sports Development Centre will contact you directly if you are being considered for accommodation as a Performance Athlete at Loughborough.
The Accommodation Centre will email all new students during May advising when to register and apply for accommodation. If the Sports Development Centre has already reserved your room for you, you will not have go through the room reservation process but please make sure you still register.
Once you are registered and your room has been reserved, the Accommodation Centre will email your room offer. You can accept this online and pay your room bond to secure your contract.
Prior to your arrival you will need to complete an online induction and book your arrival slot. You will not be able to collect your keys until you have completed these contractual requirements.
If you have any queries regarding your designated room or allocation code, please contact the Sports Development Centre. The hall and committee has no say over your rooms or allocation!
