The warden and his team of 4 sub wardens (who all live in the hall) are here to help students from Claudia Parsons 24/7.

A Subwarden is always on duty to help, and are here as a support network for the students of the hall, whether its about a faulty door fixture or a wider Loughborough issue. As the team have full-time jobs in the university during office hours, it may be best to contact Reception in the Hub between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

If you have any problems, either arising from within the hall or connected with any other aspect of being a student at Loughborough, please contact the warden or sub-warden who will either deal directly with the issue or refer you to someone who can help. Any discussions you have with a Warden or Sub-warden will be in confidence.
