SPORT & IMS

Sport is at the very centre of what it means to be a Claudia Parsons student.

Set in the centre of the University's brand new Active Campus, Claudia Parsons is in the perfect place for all things sport. We are adjacent to the Waterbase Hockey Pitch, HiPAC, and Athletics Stadium, and pride ourselves in having the Elite Athlete Centre and Performance Athlete Block in our hall's area.

Intra-Mural Sport

As a resident or affiliate of Claudia Parsons, you have the chance to represent the hall in the IMS (Intra-Mural Sport) leagues. Each week, halls go head-to-head in a range of different sports including Rugby, Football, Netball and Badminton.

Meanwhile for sports like Athletics, Canoeing and Wheelchair Basketball, there are one-off day events throughout the year. IMS caters both for people who have played a sport before, and those trying it out for the first time.

Our teams are organised by our Sport Secs, and it's a great way to meet people in Claudia Parsons and get involved in Loughborough Sport in general!
